Mecanoo, officially founded in Delft in 1984, is made up of a multidisciplinary staff of over 90 creative professionals from 16 nationalities and includes architects, interior designers, urban planners, landscape architects and architectural technician. Our projects are known for the special attention to context, materials, attention to detail and sustainability.

Mecanoo is an ambitious firm, with emphasis on the developmental potential of our employees. The atmosphere in the office is open and friendly. Lunch is shared every day around a communal table and an office dinner takes place every six weeks where projects are discussed and new employees are introduced.  Mecanoo is always interested in motivated candidates with the skills to work on diverse projects and who are comfortable in all design phases.
