Myriad stands out from the other urban villas in Funenpark due to its varied programme. The six-storey building contains twenty-two apartments across thirteen types of dwellings. The larger apartments are constructed as single-family homes.

The six maisonettes at ground floor level each have an outdoor area bordering the green car-free space between the residential blocks. Six single-family residences are placed on top of the fourth storey as detached houses, surrounding a small rooftop square with trees and footpaths.

In between are two floors with apartments located on opposite sides of a central corridor. The configuration of the complex is evident from the outside: the twelve family dwellings can be distinguished by their masonry facades in varied colours and bonds.

The two intermediate storeys, on the other hand, suggest the communal character of an apartment complex: continuous glass fronts between strips of preformed steel create a neutral filter between the city and the apartment.
